Grissom Band Calendar
The latest marching practice schedule is available here, and is valid through the beginning of the 2006 fall break. Refer to your band handbook for proper attire and rules for football games. These must be adhered to or your grade will be lowered. **** N O T E ****All in town games begin at 7:00 PM. The first few games we will wear khaki shorts, white tennis shoes and your "Band" T-shirt not section T-shirts. Report time is 6:00 PM in sections taking roll . When we start wearing uniforms you will report at 5:45 PM to get dressed and be in sections by 6:00 PM. Your uniform will be cleaned so you need to have clean black BAND SHOES and black socks or you will not be allowed to march. Gloves will be sold before each game close to the equipment trucks. Take them home and wash them after each game. DO NOT leave your gloves or any personal items in the band’s uniform hat, hat box, or uniform pocket. You will be charged for any damage caused by items left in the hat box, uniform pocket, etc. Personal items and gloves, etc. fade onto the hats and the uniform.

All dates are required by all students of the Grissom High School Band! Grades will
be lowered for not participating in band rehearsals and functions. As events come
up, we will update the calendar at school, in newsletters and on our Charms web
