Procedures For Concert Ticket Distribution
The Grissom Band Parent Association gives each family eight concert tickets per
band student once their basic dues are paid. The
Treasurers notify the Concert Committee when dues are paid, and the Concert Committee
distributes the tickets.
Basic Procedures:
- Tickets admit one person to one concert and may be used for Adult, Student, or Senior
Citizen.
- Tickets are good at the Fall, Holiday, or Spring concerts during the concert
season. They are NOT good for admission to Hilaritas, Potpourri, Max Hammond or
Jazz concerts. (Hilaritas and Potpourri are shared events with the Choral Department.
Max Hammond funds go into the instrument fund.)
- The tickets will be available for pickup at the September and October Band Parents
Meetings.
- A parent or guardian must sign for the tickets, and they will not be issued to the
students. (This is to insure that tickets get to you in a timely manner.)
- Tickets will not be replaced or refunded and do not carryover from year to year.
- The Treasurers determine who has paid dues, and any discrepancies/questions should
be directed to them.
